Global Nonprofit Human Resources Consultant (remote, part-time)
Jacaranda Health is an international maternal health non-profit with a team of about 110 people that has had the majority of its programming and operations based in Kenya with a small US office (501c3) providing central operations and finance oversight. The organization continues to grow in size and complexity and is now expanding its programs to other African countries.
Our team in Kenya is supported by a local HR team in Nairobi. However, we also have a team of 6 in Ghana, and about 6 third country nationals in Kenya and globally, and 3 employees in the US.
